Gym visit 4/10

Obliques -      17.5kg - 3 x 15
Abdominals - 20kg - 3 x 15
Back Extension -  20kg - 3 x 15


Wasn't able to go to either of the classes that I booked for Monday, so I went to the gym.  Only managed to do 5 minutes on the cross trainer before my quads got to tired, and I had to push myself from 1 minute onwards.
